Gift Shop Return Policy
My gift shop product was misprinted or damaged in the mail, what should I do?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@printful.com and cc: info@funnytimes.com. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
You have 30 days after the product is received to submit a claim.
I decided I don’t like the product or I want a different size, what should I do?
All of our Gift Shop items are printed on demand to reduce waste, therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are delivered in good condition.
